Besides, the Group also secured a rail and port project in Indonesia for transporting minimum 35 MMTPA of coal (expandable to 60 MMTPA) on a ‘take or pay’ basis with off-take rights for 60% of that quantity. Consequently the Group will invest USD 1. 65 Billion in Indonesia for building rail, port & mining infrastructure. Mental Aptitude Test We use Aptitude Tests as a process of first phase of assessment.
These Aptitude Tests give the selectors a good idea of the candidate’s reasoning ability, critical thinking ability and communication skills. [A scientifically designed Aptitude Test shall be used in order to have a scientific and candid outcome]. 2. Group Discussion Group Discussion exercises are designed to test the candidate’s ability to act as a leader and a team player. The other qualities exhibited in such exercises are clarity of thought process, the ability to think differently and the ability to lend direction. The process of GD. Group Discussion Process] will provide the selectors a clear understanding of how the individual could act and asserts himself in various situations individually as well collectively. The Group Discussion Topics shall be identified and deployed at each occasion as per the situational requirement. 3. Psychometric Test Psychometric Test helps to look at how students are typically likely to act under various situations. This covers a huge range of aspects from students’ motivations and values to how they think and make decisions.
It also shows the strengths and areas of improvement within one person related to set of performance aspects. However, this is not an isolation or elimination exercise. It will help interviewers to see through a correct picture of candidate, who is going to be interviewed for a particular job. Adani Campus Connect -10/11 Page 11 of 14 4. Personal Interview The last phase of the selection process is Personal Interview which gives the selectors an opportunity to know the candidate better and to assess the suitability of the candidate’s skills to the requirements of the organization.
The progress of each selected candidate at each stage will be closely monitored and relevant information of each assessment report shall be placed before Interview panel to ensure that the candidate is adequately assessed at the end of the program. 7. Compensation ; Benefits Compensation Executive Trainee (ET) Eligibility: Grad. /PG + MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM etc. (full time) All selected candidates, on joining shall be offered a stipend of Rs. 3. 75 lacs* p. a. and designation of Executive Trainee in Grade O1.
Based on assessment and successful completion of 6 months’ training, eligible ET would be offered designation of Executive in Grade O2 with salary entitlement of Rs. 3. 93* lacs p. a. Note: * includes Rs 25,000 payable every six months during 1st year. Also, Rs 50,000 will be payable on completion of 2nd year (one time) and from 3rd year onwards it will be merged with salary. Management Trainee (MT) Eligibility: Engineering + MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM etc. (full time) All selected candidates, on joining shall be offered a stipend of Rs. 4. 01 lacs* p. a. and designation of Management Trainee in Grade O2.
Based on assessment and successful completion of 6 months’ training, eligible MT would be offered designation of Assistant Manager in Grade O3 with salary entitlement of Rs. 4. 22* lacs p. a.
