DON’T GIVE UP ON HOPE 1. Everything is possible when we ask AllahIn my point of view and this is my personal belief thatunless you are dead you have absolutely no good reason to say you cannotsucceed.  You are alive! You are free tolearn new ways in order to accomplish a masterpiece plan if the previous onedidn’t work out as you wished. Stop quitting your dreams. We all learn andteach each other. We all become better at things by trying.

Anything takestime. In order to get better at anything spend some quality time practicing.Practice makes things perfect. At some point in the various journeys we embarkon in our lives, we get to a part where we feel like giving up. Sometimes wegive up before we even start and other times we give up just before we areabout to make that huge break-through that we have been putting so much effortin to achieve.2.

Be strong and keep goingYou are stronger than you think. 1, 2 or even 3 littlefailures are not enough to stop you from achieving your goals. Your goals arefar greater than all of the doubts. Imagine a little oak tree.

Did itstop growing every time it was facing harsh winds? NO. So why shouldyou stop? You are alive, aren’t you? So you have no good reason to give up.What are your goals? Did anyone succeed before at what you are tryingto achieve at now? Even if there was only one person in the world whohas done what you want to do – it tells you only one thing – whatever your goalis – IT IS POSSIBLE to achieve3. Get inspired and inspire othersBe a living inspiration for others and refuse to giveup. Who knows what someone else can achieve by listening to your motivationalstories how it was tough and you were about to quit, but you never caved in andsucceeded! Learn from the best and make it happen! And then motivate others togo beyond their personal limits.

The road to success is full of challenges.Always. You have to be daring. No time to play it shy and invisible!  Comeout of the shadow and show yourself to the world. You can and will achieve allyou want because you’ve decided to do so.4. The fellowship of successIf you are dreaming of becoming a scuba diver, for example, and you have no one among your friends who shares the same interest – that’s agood time to think about a new circle of people you need to create.

It’s greatto be among people who share the similar goals & beliefs as youare. And if your goal is to be successful – be around successful peopleyou can learn a lot from. Maybe you have children or siblings that look up toyou. You are a hero.

Don’t ever let anybody tell you otherwise. You deserve tobe happy and you deserve to have success. Keep that mindset and never give upuntil you reach your destination.5. Hope in Allah and don’t give up on his mercy In a time when holding into the Deen andcommandments of Allah (swt) can be difficult, one is ever more proneto falling into sin and temptation. At times, one’s weakness can be a cause forgiving up hope and falling into a cycle of negativity. The following is acompendium of evidences from the Kitaab and Sunnah forhaving hope in Allah (swt) & not despairing in His Mercy, the extent thisis emphasized, the consequences of falling into hopelessness and just how greatand encompassing the Mercy of Allah (swt) really is.

As for hopelessness anddespair, they are synonymous. They are opposite of hope in Allah (swt) andthe scholars have commented that despairing of Allah’s mercy is haram6. Always remember that things will get better By sticking to your goal and being persistent things canonly get better. If you’ve hit rock bottom or feel you’re on your way down.

Remind yourself that with the right amount of hard work what comes down must goup. Hard work and determination can get you anything in life. The situationcould be a lot worse and you should be thankful for being able toface what you are facing, because there are people out there who have muchbigger problems.

Everyone deserves happiness and success, includingyou. Don’t let these small bumps in the road take away your right.7. Failure is not the end but a lesson It’s impossibleto reach success without first facing failure, so don’t let anythingstop you. Failure is a normal process in life.

It’s not the end but just astream changing directions before it finally reaches the ocean. You have thestrength to do whatever you want and no matter the amount of setbacksyou face you have the strength to keep going. Understand that the hardesttrials are the ones that come right before the breakthrough.

So stay persistentbecause at any given moment you are at the tipping point and successawaits you.8. Believe in your dreamsDon’t sell yourself short. In life there are going to bemany people who will try to bring you down and tell you what you want toachieve is not possible. Don’t let anyone destroy your dreams. You don’t wantto be known as someone that is weak and gives up. Go out there and proveyourself to the world and to yourself.

You can and will achieve what you setout to do. The only time you fail is when you give up. You are stronger thanyou think. One little setback is not enough to stop you from achieving yourgoals. Often when you feel like you want to give up and you are about to giveup you are so close to making a huge break-thru.

Seth Godin has written anawesome book about this called “The Dip” a riveting read that teaches that atany given time you are always just a heartbeat away from success.9. Right before success there is a dark spaceWhen we give up on our dreams, we die while still alive. It’s better to die trying than give up. Never give up on what you really matterto you. The person with big dreams is more powerful than the one with all ofthe facts. Sometimes we feel like we have nothing left to give, and no matterhow hard we try, we keep hitting road blocks that seem to hold us back.

Thematter of fact is, if we can overcome the obstacles presented to us and keeppushing through the bad times, we will find the success within ourselves tocreate something worthwhile. This is the most important saying to remember whengiving up becomes a legitimate thought. Nobody can create an empire in a day;no business can become a multi-billion-dollar venture in one day, and no ideais worth throwing in the garbage if all the stops haven’t been pulled out yet. There is a lot to say about rewriting drafts in our lives, and sometimes they need to be revised and edited multiple times before thefinished copy can be published and celebrated.

  3. Success isn’t rewarding if it’s Easy.Reaching that ultimate goal should be a special moment. Ifit wasn’t the hardest thing of our lives, then we didn’t achieve it.

Knowingthat we did everything we could for ourselves and others to earn that goalshould be more rewarding than the actual honor itself. We are all human.Realizing that it’s okay to make a mistake is only part of the battle to thatultimate goal. Learning and moving forward comes from doing something wrong andbeing told how to do it right.

Riding a bike without training wheels isn’t aneasy feat, but once we learned the rhythm and how to be in control, it became askill we wouldn’t forget. If we throw in the towel after the first mishap orthe first time we hear people criticize how we handle ourselves, we are lettinggo of what could have been.Behind every successful person, there is a story anda long-fought journey for him or her to get to where he or she is today.
